Re: Does remarkable customer service in telecom/wireless exist?
A couple of weeks ago, the Church of the Customer blog posed this question to its readers. In response, I sent in a link to a recent experience that Seth Godin had with his mobile provider. Today, however, we found another example of customer service from The Consumerist that might be just as "remarkable."
