Generating sales through online/offline collaboration

As we mentioned yesterday, destinationCRM ran a piece covering the new Forrester Research report that states "online chat and click-to-call should be a part of any eBusiness strategy."  Today, the site is running a byline from John Federman, that explains exactly "how" click to call and click to chat can generate sales through online/offline collaboration.
